Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am looking for a programmer that can create an application that access and manage a web based database as well as interact with certain scanning hardware. That is a very brief run down of the basic premise anyway. I am not sure of all the technologies needed for the project at this time, but any programmer would probably be able to suggest/direct me to the needed tech. Payment is negotiable, we are looking to sell this as an app/hardware bundle so an upfront amount can be negotiated as well as a %of profit or set amount depending on sucess, size and desire on your part.
