Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  My client wants me to develop a lite CRM system for their salespeople, who sell senior living housing. I will design the interface and the MySQL database. I also plan to program the various input screens.
  
  What I need is help with crunching the data for output into various reports that haven't been fully defined yet. Actually, many of the specs are not finalized yet, but I am certain that the reports will exceed my abilities, and I need your help! My budget for the project is about $4,000, but is negotiable, depending on skill, speed and personality.
  
  Yes, I want to find someone who I enjoy working with, and am willing to pay more for someone who is fun, creative and dedicated. Why? Because I am also looking for someone to take over the programming on all of my projects so that I can focus on client relations, web design, CSS/XHTML, Flash, internet marketing, etc.
  
  Please send me several samples of your development work. They don't have to be beautiful (that's my job), but they have to work well. I prefer someone who has experience developing reports and works at least part-time as a self-employed PHP programmer.
