Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I have a requirement for a designer in a longterm basis over a number of projects, many to be defined in the future, but with some known concrete requirements.
  
  The specific first requirement is the design (CSS) of a corporate website for a global consulting firm. This will naturally be paid work, however I am looking to ideally find a designer I can turn to for future product development work, both in my day job and in personal projects.
