  I am looking for a developer who can take existing web design mockups from PSD to full-fledged websites.
  
  I have experience in designing and developing websites but need someone else to do it because of my workload for additional tasks.
  
  Some of the projects will require knowledge of WordPress too.
  
  Project Requirements:
  
  -Must be able to meet on Skype
  -Must have excellent communication skills
  -Be willing to to work with Basecamp project management software
