Ive come to realise that what i might need is a partnership or investor rather than an employee as i don't have the means to pay a programmer myself but i still think my idea/brand has good monetising potential. This might come in the form of a programmer signing a contract for a specific share in the company but not being able to receive any money until there are members paying money. I will need someone behind the idea as much as i am and someone who i can communicate with effectively, preferably from Sydney or the wider Australia.
