Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for 1 job

  This job requires implementation of a database and certain algorithms, as well as creation of a front-end.
  
  It is not particularly complicated; I am looking for a designer who will carry out my specification without pushing bells & whistles I don't need like Flash, etc.
  
  This job is well-specified and should be completed within weeks, not months.
