  I'm currently developing an application to assist both college and high school students with a theme similar to Yahoo! Answers, but cleaner and more specifically geared towards school.
  
  I need a designer who can assist me to make this website look professional, with good layout ideas and tips. All the programming will be handled, I just need someone with artistic vision to help see this project through.
