  I need a clone of http://www.payperpost.com - same functionality, similar back-end, different look and, rather then paying people to post to blogs, the site will pay people to post at another popular website. Advertisers can submit projects, users can opt in to participate in the, system handles the $ exchange and accounting, checks that user actually DID complete the work, etc. See PayPerPost.com for basic functionality.
  
  To include initial project development/delivery, plus ongoing (perhaps a flat rate?) for maintainence/updates/upgrades.
