Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a designer who is able to create website designs as well as convert them to XHTML/CSS. The designs necessary will be for a Web/Software Development Company currently specializing in iPhone Applications.
  
  We currently only need a design for the main website but shall need designs for the GUI of products in the near future.
  
  The designer shall be offered a percentage of profits made from products we produce. We have already had quite a nice profit off our our projects and plan to expand rapidly.
