Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Looking for others with design and/or programming chops to work on a digital publishing start up, and preferably someone that's willing to work on it full time if it takes off.
  
  I'm a web developer who loves to create, whether it's a program, novel, comic, fine art, or a film. My main experience is in Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and quite often I pick up (PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, Rails),or whatever else gets the specific job done.
