Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We have been in discussion with several venture capitalists about investing in a social media analytics tool we want to develop. We don't need a working demo, but a full graphic layout of what the web application will look like, before they will give us a check.
  
  As of right now we cannot afford to pay a ton of money for these mockups, but after the investment we would definitely like to discuss hiring you as a full-time employee; salary, stock options, etc. Whatever we need to do to bring this idea to fruition, so let us know how we need to work with you to make everybody happy.
  
  As a side note, out of the many..many venture capitalists we have talked to, two of them have agreed to invest as soon as they see a mock-up.
