Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a unique opportunity for a young, knowledgeable web designer/programmer.
  
  I have a job website (in the English language teaching field, a growing area). TEFList.com I've built it and it is up and running. Very attractive site with potential. I have the ability to market to thousands of teachers. However, the site needs many fixes and someone to work on it and maintain it.
  
  I'm willing to the right person, to partner and give 50% of all income (potential market is huge). A great opportunity for a young person with talent and energy. I'm a professor with good technical knowledge but need someone on the backend who "gets it" and what this site can do by providing all the jobs in one place and allowing employers/teachers to connect.
