Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  CSS (with your eyes closed ...), xhtml (no brainer), Javascript (jQuery pref), photoshop (or even better gimp), design

  I'm looking for someone who can make my super successful (15k+ downloads per month, over 1 million in total), but really badly looking, open source, internet application look better. This means you don't just know how to make web pages look nice, but you have a good understanding of Web Application Design and usability. I'm guru on the programmer side of things, but I have no idea how to make it look good. Do not reply with at least 3 URLs of things you've (really) made (yourself).
