  Looking for a site that has the same features as the new hotornot.com same functionality would be ideal. Chat, rating and search all should be included. As well as the payment processing gateway.
  I need NDA before i can discuss the details of the site. But these above are the essentials and must be do custom and should not be an exact copy. Also the design layout will be complete and graphics and logo will not have to be done.
  The only thing that needs to be done is the coding of the front end and backend.
