Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  jquery,html(5),AJAX!!! excellent design skills; non-table design with prefer layout design usage w/ 960* design, etc. Creativity on frontened, I can handle the backend.
  
• Additional Info

  I've got the infrastructure already setup - solid dedicated hosting on top-tier machines, RAID, backup, etc. and a client base - half of them what I consider "top-tier" where the decent $ comes in from support for their business applications.
  
  My profit ratio is small at the moment, due to $ on top-level hardware and infrastructure. My range of "pals" have the same skills I have - but not the frontend design skills I need to do the front-end magic quickly and easily. Several solid business concepts, along with the code already developed, just need the front-end fine-tuned from an excellent designer.
