  We've created and launched a couple of Web apps as a side project. Both have started to gain a little traction, so we're looking to move forwards the creative / branding aspects. We're currently a team of two. One heads up development and another support. The area we're lacking expertise is a photoshop / creative guru.

  People are signing up and paying for the tools we've launched. it's not much, but the feedback so far is encouraging enough for us to start to dedicate our time and effort to the tools. The blog we've created around the products is also generating traffic.
  
  However, right now we've held of marketing or pushing the tool until we get the creative right. Functionally, the apps are where they need to be at for now. So, we need some with the creative vision to create the right branding and messaging for the tools.
  
  We're willing to offer profit sharing for a fixed period of time. This details of this are dependant on the commitments you're willing to make. This is still a side project for us, so we're not looking at you quitting your day job. We're also not looking to be the next Facebook or Twitter - we want to grow the business to be profitable, bootstrapped and sustainable.
  
  This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone with real creative talent to drive the success of a newly released product. The tools are hooked up to a payment system so you have the opportunity to start generating a revenue from your ideas from day one.
