Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a web designer and front end developer - I have a very promising business. I need an extremely smart, talented, motivated and committed developer to co-found this online company with me. I need a developer to join the team because; a) I need someone to do all the complex PHP / MySQL; and b) when we pitch to VC's, they love to see the developers as the founders. I follow the startup / investment world closely and know what is invested in and what is not - and I know this is an 'investment-worthy' idea. I have all the designs, user flows, basic logistics, biz plan ready. I will be doing the design / UI / css, etc. and we will both be tackling the strategic product dev.
  
  You must:
  - Be extremely talented with: PHP / MySQL / AJAX / Social Networking Integration (can be learned as we go)
  - Have experience developing large, interconnecting sites
  - Be very competent - you will be a co-founder, not just a developer
  - Want to do something exciting and challenging
  - Be willing to move to Silicon Valley, CA if necessary
  
  I'm thinking the ideal partner will be a young, ambitious CS grad or similar.
