Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm a freelance programmer and I've created a daily deals aggregation site that I haven't launched yet. Most of the things are done as far as the functionality goes and I've got extensive experience developing these type of things for other clients in the past.
  
  What I'm missing however is graphics skills that can bring it from mediocrity to a full fledged site. This will be a profit sharing venture, and the share depends on how big part you'd like to take.
  
  There's other things that can be done besides graphics, for those that are interested and able to do marketing, research, but I'm primarily looking for someone that can create beautiful looking graphics.
