Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a few projects lined up that I need help with and would like to find someone, that I can trust and have confidence in to give regular work. I'm looking for an all around programmer who pays great attention to detail, easy to communicate with, responds in a timely manner, gives regular updates, follows coding standards, and most of all an honest person that will be up front on what they can or can't do within the time frame of the project.
