Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Business is BOOMING. We can't keep up with the demand right now and need a developer for hire or contract. MUST BE IN THE SEATTLE AREA. Could lead to potential partnership, and would expect the developer treat the position as such. Already we have 30-50hrs per week that we need filled. Everything from building a website from the ground up, implementing a CMS, to updating various websites with news/social media links, and supporting our marketing efforts with analytics. Must have the passion and drive to treat this like your own company. You only do as well as we do. Needs to be in the Seattle area due to client meetings, and also to meet with myself 1-2 times per week for project management (located in Lynnwood area). Would need to commit to at least 20hrs/week upon starting. Need to have position filled by mid-June.
