Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am an experienced PHP Developer searching for a designer to work with. Jobs would include Icons, Logos, and Interfaces (Both web & client side). Initially it would be split profit, but I'd like to eventually find a third programmer and look at something more along the lines of a three way split. This is entirely negotiable.
