Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have several ideas which I would like to explore.
  
  For example one is for creating mobile app for Twitter Trends but on completely new way, making it much more useful than any other TT app out there.
  
  2nd idea is for creating sport betting game for masses, this one particularly have big potential but it has to be done well.
  
  3rd idea is all-in-one fitness/wellbeing point system which I developed for myself and it works really well but its currently in excel form. If we could build nice UI it might be great product.
  
  I have 2 designers who did few jobs for me before and they are very good, so if you are not very good with it no problem.
  
  I'm interested in partnership so that we can explore things around and see what could work. I'm able to cover some production costs like domains, servers and design work but I'm expecting from programming partner to be interested in joint venture which doesn't involve any advance / salary payments until our project doesn't become profitable.
