Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hey there,
  
  I'm building a CMS focused on just one type of business (more details if successful).
  
  As part of the basic package, clients will get a pre-made template that will just have a few small things changed on it (logo, colors, background images, etc) but no big changes like layout or new types of data. Custom design will be available for a much larger price to them, but I'll be doing those ones, so don't worry.
  
  Each job will take max 3-4 hours (like seriously I mean maximum, it's more likely to take you 30 minutes).
  
  I need someone that I can send the details off to and they can do them and have them back to me within 24-72 hours. I want to be focusing on the CMS and sales, so I'll only be doing maximum 5 or 6 myself a week, and the rest will be given to you. I've already got a backlog of clients wanting this.
  
  Payment will happen weekly via PayPal, you'll email me an invoice (official invoice, with your registered business number on there, e.g. in Australia we have an Australian Business Number). I don't mind if your just doing this for a bit of extra cash as a side business, but later this year I'm launching a company and this will be one of it's first few products, so I need to make sure everything is done right. Students are welcome if you've got a registered business.
  
  It's a super simple job for some easy cash. But I will be looking for someone I can potentially use to help me with other things too, so keep that in mind. If you just want to keep to that, it's fine and I'll find someone else to do the other stuff while leaving you in charge of these templates, but keep in mind there is potentially more work too :)
  
  The payment per job will be between $50-100, which will depend on your experience and skills.
