Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for co-founder(s). You should be a rockstar & kick-ass coder. It would be great if you are located in NYC or in the vicinity but it isn't a necessity. A good command of the English language is a must. Just makes it easier to communicate and bounce ideas off of. You should have access to a good internet connection as I do like to communicate A LOT! Someone who can think out of the box and have good opinions and input. Team-player is a must. I am also looking for a designer as the 3rd partner. Basically, I am trying to build a team of 3.
