Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Hi!
  
  I am looking for a design ninja to join me on a project in it's begining.
  
  The basic idea is in place, and the first lines of code are coming together, and I would like a designer to team up with me, so we can work together on improving the idea, and finally bringing it to life.
  
  I think that with great code (which I will provide) a great user interface is required so I am looking for someone, that has experiance working on kick-ass designs, and who is up for starting up a new business.
  
  I will tell you more about the project/idea later, but think of a new kind of an Application directory/index.
  
  I have other work/business so I am not in a rush finding a partner, but I will not settle for less then a perfect partner.
  
  The main responsibility of the partner would be the design partner, but other responsibilities could include marketing, financing (hosting, domain, ...), ... According to capabilities and negotiations.
  
  The share would be divided based on the input and responsibilities taken on by each partner.
