Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hello my name is Paul Grogan please read my profile for more information, I am setting up a Web hosting and design company and looking for someone who is able to code layout Templates from PSD's. Without tables just XHTML and CSS.
  
  There will be no designing, once you receive templates I would like them coded within 3 weeks.
  
  Payment will be discussed upon accepting any offers I will
  also be willing to design work for you and you will have full
  access to my hosting server for your needs.
  Skype, PayPal, and MSN are a bonus but not required.
