Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  The positions we are seeking at the moment are: Web/Graphic Designers, HTML/CSS Developers, Web Developers, Project Managers, and SEO & Online Marketing Analysts.
  
• Additional Info

  The goal is to set up a team (in fact, an international company later on) which will be able to provide world-grade services to clients from all over the world. We want to create a team of people, each with different strengths, that could combine their time/efforts/energy and skills to not only create websites and company brands, but to create the foundation of a web design company that could continue to build into something special.
  
  We are looking for business partners not employees. You will not be paid a salary (at least not at first - this may be a possibility in the future). You will be paid for any work you do, but you must understand (especially starting out) that a certain percentage of our income will be withheld for business related expenses as we attempt to get this thing rolling. As we grow, so will your pay. You are investing in the team. There will be risks, but hopefully in the end the reward will be greater.
  
  While we have the general idea of what we want to build and accomplish we realize that the people that join us are the most important thing and the biggest factor for success. We want to focus on building the team first and then as a collective group we can work out the details.
