Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm a programmer and a guitarist, creating a new website for guitar tablature.
  
  I have a domain name and can create all of the back end. I'm fairly knowledgeable with JavaScript as well so it is not necessary for you know the language.
  
  The site will be run on a Rack based server on Heroku.
  
  The pay will be a percentage of monthly ad revenue for a predetermined amount of time to be negotiated.
