Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  We are two dev's with over 12yrs experience each, and have built a real-time web site, iphone app, our own framework and so on and so forth.
  
  We have an idea and a first round design as we have hashed out the business model we have more needs for design. Ideally we are looking for a partner for long-term who understands our concept and wants to work with us, we also have no problem negotiating a fee per page/mobile view needs and work amount.
