  Very urgent project needs to be done, my old partner left off what should have been and I need someone to program and put together a magazine issue.
  
  Will discuss further details later, it will be basic html/css with some photo gallery abilities, and the addon program of google translate for language changing.
  
  Cover page and article layouts done, just need to make and put the site together.
  
  VERy urgent so if you cannot respond today, don't bother.
