Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Other than creating a cutting edge website this person will need to be able to handle a complex content management system and be good at working with audio files. iPhone app development experience a huge plus.

  This project will revolutionize how people consume information on the web. I need to develop custom pop-up audio integrated into someone else's site, a searchable database of audio on the home site, and a iPhone app that streams audio.
  
  Hopefully there is someone or team that can accomplish all of this. I have much of the branding and business plan in place as well as business contacts around Los Angeles. I need to partner up with a programmer to make this cutting edge service/site a reality.
