Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hi I am a graphic designer looking to partner with a programmer. I work in both print design and front-end web design. However, I have been receiving a lot of requests for full web designs and web re-designs. I have experience in front-end design and have some html and CSS knowledge, but am not a programming expert by any means. I would like to find a reliable and friendly programmer to share the work with.
