  Entrepreneur/programmer looking for talented, ambitious web designer for startup web development/design firm in New York City. Willing to negotiate on terms, but basically I'm looking for a web designer because while I am creative with processes, coding, and workflows, I am not a designer. Ideally, this person would have some experience/portfolio which we could leverage to build our initial client base. I am looking for a long-term partner here, as passionate about building a sustainable business as I am. I am looking for someone who shares my philosophy about web development and business in general, which is to always favor the simple over the complex, and to intentionally under-do most developers in quantity of features, and absolutely kill them in quality of features.
