Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  Ability to create a vibrant, "clean", and easy to use UI utilizing Web 2.0+ technologies.
  
  Skills: HTML5, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks (Mootools, jQuery, etc), AJAX, Web 2.0+ design sense.
  PHP, PHP Frameworks (Zend, Yii, etc), MySQL, Cloud Computing are a plus.

  We are a tech startup catering to a specific niche of the college student market. We are looking for an energetic & talented web designer to join our team who has a knack for clean web design and the programming know-how to go with it. If you think you possess the skills and want to be part of an up and coming company then we would love to have you on our team!
  
  Note: A portfolio will need to be available in order to be considered. If the applicant is chosen then we can then discuss compensation, which will most likely be a portion of the company.
