Programmer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I'm looking for a PHP developer to help me develop two new projects for clients. It would be preferable if you have experience using the CakePHP framework, since at least one of the projects is being developed using CakePHP.
  
  These are fairly large, in-depth projects and will mostly likely take 2-6 months to complete. There are two projects that will be worked on one-at-a-time.
  
  I'm looking for someone who has good PHP skills. Please no high school students or younger. College students are welcome and of course, those past college age. If we work together, you would be required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to prevent the project ideas/concepts from being stolen and duplicated.
