Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a technical cofounder for an online video startup. Not the same tired old video aggregation, but with a new exciting UX twist that will make a huge difference. Patent pending on the idea. I have a business, marketing, startup background and can do most of design and front end stuff (e.g. CSS, JavaScript, django ok; learning Jquery and html5 right now). You need to get scalability and platform building and work in either Java, Python or maybe Ruby. The idea has been pitched to potential customers and industry experts, and they all think it would work, or have replied they would buy it.
  
  Plan is to develop a proof of concept quickly and evaluate from there. You will be compensated with a mix of pay and equity if so desired. You can start part time or moonlighting. You should be ready to show your code, previous work and maybe do a programming test. I am very serious about making this work out in a big way, and you are the key person. Get in touch, please.
