Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  We are looking for an awesome programmer to join our team at Bamefi. We are an established band forming website designed to bring musicians together and let them form bands or replace lost members. We already have over 100 members, and it's growing quickly despite our humble approach. We have already designed a brand new website (formed in HTML and CSS) that will really put us ahead of any competitors, and we just need a programmer to help our design come to fruition and be activated as the main website. We run using wordpress/buddypress, and our new site is already somewhat completed, but our programmer had to leave for school related maters, and couldn't devote enough time to the project.
