Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Understanding of web fundamentals and a basic understanding of the concepts of Internet Relay Chat (can however be taught if needed)

  I am looking for a volunteer designer to join the team of developers / people in general at jamscone.com - We are a growing IRC network that is about to take on a number of large scale clients and it would be great to have someone on board who can design.
