Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for a Programmer who is interested in working on a project to develop a personals/dating site.
  
  We will split the revenue from advertising (google adsense) 50/50. The site will be free for all users, no charges.
  
  My part of the project will involve designing the interface and structure of the site, purchasing a domain name + enough bandwidth to get started, and marketing the site.
  
  Your side of the project will involve plugging in the backend and creating/maintaining the database(s).
  
  I am looking to create something along the lines of www.plentyoffish.com (but with a decent interface).
  
  The idea stems from a blog I recently read (http://www.johnchow.com/index.php/the-internets-biggest-google-whores/) that tells how the owner of plenty-of-fish is averaging a substantial 6-figure sum per month simply from the ads on his site. The success of his site is due to the fact that he earns his revenue purely through advertisements - the users don't pay a cent for anything. Many personals/dating sites charge users to contact other members and for premium services like full membership - this is not the direction I wish to take (at least from the start anyway).
  
  Take a look around plentyoffish.com and see if you think the backend side of things is within your skillset (just as an approximation - I don't intend to include the exact same set of features to begin with).
  
  It would be great to have something up online within 6-8 weeks, definitely before the holiday season.
