  looking for a designer to work with me to redesign a rising star photographer's portfolio site. it'll likely involve a couple rounds of comps and tweaks. final deliverables will be valid xhtml and css.
  
  most important qualities i'm looking for are 1) overly communicative, 2) a reasonable person, 3) 1337 skills, an 4) a sexy portfolio.
