  I am searching for an EXPERIENCED web designer/developer to build a new website from the ground up. I need someone who has extensive knowledge in video chat applications with the ability to have multiple chat windows (group chat ability). This person should be able to produce a website with the same video chat capabilities as Tinychat at the very MINIMUM.
  
  If you don?t believe you could build a genuinely coded site like Tinychat don?t apply please.
  
  I DO NOT WANT A CLONE OF TINYCHAT OR ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE but if you don?t have the experience and ability to produce something similar then this project is not for you.
  
  You must have experience working with RTMFP and adobe Cirrus(stratus).
  
  The website will need login capabilities for unique users as some sections of the site will be exclusive.
  
  I do not intend to implement any charge or fee for signing up so no payment applications will be necessary but will be using advertisements.
  
  I will need to have full right to the website and full source codes.
