Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Our main drive is in understanding how to execute client relationships, our production expertise is in creative design for interactive media (appose to the physical coding). Pacific Lion has now been bought out by a public listed company. We are now looking to re-build the webtechnology team (we are looking for designers to submit work to our portfolio, for our clients to work with)
  
  Programmer experience
  We are eager to find a senior developer to bring into the company, who must have at least 2 years experience from a similar agency in developing / maintaining websites/creating cms Admin sites, utilising W3C Standards based XSL, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. Extensive experience of PHP 4+ (5 ideal) MYSQL is essential including exposure to usability, accessibility and search engine optimisation.
  
  In addition to shared % revenue for each job, you will have access to our management system so you can clearly undertstand how much the job is being sold for, and what share of the % you will receive, we want to build a long term relationship built on TRUST.
  
  We are open to share options after any developer who can demonstrate a proven ability at a senior level (estimation 2-3 projects), we will consider applicants applying from any location.
