Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  The confident programmer should have knowledge in PHP, MySQL, XHTML and or Flash. He or she will need to understand how to create a fully functional back-end and design a facebook application and website according to detailed design storyboards.
  
• Additional Info

  This should only take a few months to complete, from beginning at a Facebook application - extending to a back-end website, and later incorporating an iPhone application much later on.
  
  It will act as a platform for students from high-school through to university, fulfilling a desired (and not yet seen) gap in the market, with marketing and future profiting already planned for.
  
  The programmer will be given a stake in the company, which will increase as targets are met and duties are fulfilled.
