Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I need a web developer who can team up with me and together we'll make sites like 3docean.net, graphicriver.net, etc. This will not be a whole thing commercial type thingy, but i want someone friendly and who can cooperate well. I'll do all the designing and that person will make the website. And whatever we earn, it will be sent to my paypal account 50% and his/her paypal/anything account 50%.
