Entrepreneur looking for a Writer for long-term partnership

  I am a web developer and I am constantly finding my clients need help with the content of their websites - I can write, but it isn't my specialty. I'd love to find someone who can fill this piece of the puzzle for my business and my clients. I also offer my clients SEO packages which require articles to be written (these don't need to be literary works, but hopefully would be something that people could stand to read!) on a monthly basis.
  
  So, I'm looking for someone who can communicate clearly and write well. I'd love it if they could get on the phone with my clients and interview them in order to get the information needed to write content for their websites. I'd also like someone who can research and write about all types of topics - some of which you'll find interesting, and others, well, probably not so much. Finally, I'd like someone who can also crank out SEO articles relatively cheaply (I don't know if this is the same person - you tell me)
  
  Please respond with some samples of your writing and some estimates as to how much you would charge for the types of work listed above.
  
  Oh, yes, one final thing, I don't care where you are located in the world, as long as you speak English fluently (or close to fluently) and can be available sometimes for phone conversations during North American business hours.
