  Hello programmers!
  
  I'm looking for a competent programmer with amazing communicational skills for work on a new revolutionary way to sell real estate. This is a very big project, so I'm looking for someone ready to look it over and become a partner, not just someone doing the work. Work on weekends and evenings is acceptable as long as you can still push out killer code pretty fast.
  
  The project: a website that offers a totally new, revolutionary way to sell or rent real estate. The idea is based on creating a network of everyone involved in the real estate industry and allowing the customer to connect to the service providers that they need through an awesome website.
  
  I will be developing the design and front end of the site; you will be just implementing the PHP / MySQL.
  
  I am a web designer / developer so I'm not a pain to work with; I know exactly what needs to be done and I don't have ridiculous expectations :). I am the front end developer for the site, so we'll be working closely together.
  
  Our profit projections are $40,000 for the first year, $120,000 for the second and $280,000 for the third.
