  I'm looking for a web programmer who can deploy a Rails 2 app that was written by another programmer. I will provide you with the code. I'd like to pay you to do the following:
  
  -Set up a hosting account
  -Create an empty database using the apps' schema.rb
  -Deploy the app
  -Create an administrator account for me
  -Troubleshoot as necessary
  
  
  I have a tight budget but need the work done.. This is for March as my budget for this month is over.
