Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  This is for a sales forecasting portal for internal company use (i.e., in my own company). The application does not have to look beautiful (if it does that's great) but it must be easy to use and meet all the functionality. The portal will be for multiple users to view and modify forecast data based on their permissions and company affiliations.
  
  I do have specific ideas and a partial design I did myself for the application and I will obviously share those with the programmer I choose to work with, but I do not have the expertise to create the app.
  
  Based on my limited knowledge, I think that ASP.net is the way to go. If you have other ideas or a codebase that can deliver the same functionality in a shorter time and / or more manageable application, I will consider.
  
  We can also discuss making this software available to other companies for sale, or as a hosted solution, but that is not the primary intention. If we pursue that I will help market the software and if appropriate make a profit sharing arrangement with the programmer.
  
  I will require a non-disclosure / non-compete agreement for any material I contribute to the effort including my design.
