Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

• Required Knowledge

  I have full fledged color mockups, designs specs and everything just need someone to code a 5-6 page (not sure how many pages exactly yet) website that includes: Shopping cart functionality (needs to work with paypal), have the ability for a few users to login with unique passwords, a blog section where users can comment and a few basic pages...Everything will be laid out just need someone to code it so don't feel too overwhelmed.
  
• Additional Info

  Site needs to be easy to update. I don't know how to use wordpress but have HTML knowledge or if there was a host which allowed easy access to editing that would be great.
