Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  This posting is for coding a design for an engine that measures the positive buzz around products as they are talked about on social media sites. The design is complete and has since been showcased at Central Texas technology summits and has generated the interest of two venture capitalists. We are in the process of converting the design converted into a working engine
  
  We are in need of one very dedicated and disciplined programmer to turn the complete design into a working model that the investors are asking for.
  
  The team consists of one designer and two programmers, though we are looking for a third programmer to come in at around 20% equity, give or take based on the amount of contribution. We're at a point where we can conceivably have a prototype up for this technology within one month.
  
  Prefer a programmer local to the Austin area for regular development sessions though this does not exclude non-local programmers.
